Alex + Charlton Launch Glutton London
Alex De Motta and Charlton Nicoll launch food baby ‘Glutton’.
Established in 2018 with the aim to curate, consult and cater beautiful food.
Working together on exquisite events big and small for a number of years after meeting in ‘Field Kitchen’ at Wilderness festival, the pair set up Glutton in August 2018. They cater privately in your home, at festivals, in fields, in palaces, in space (nearly) at fashion and corporate events.
“We like to make all our events one off and love to work with our clients to create the perfect seasonal menu for their needs.”
Both covered chefs in their own right ALEX is a Chef, Events Manager and Consultant with 20 years experience in London, Berlin, Brazil and Lisbon. He has also worked as a professional baker, specialising in Sourdough.
His consultancies include the Building Bloqs Partnership of which he is a co-founder.
CHARLTON is a chef, consultant and events manager with twelve years experience working in restaurants, with private clients, at festivals and charities.
He attended Leiths School of Food and Wine in 2007 and completed a Diploma in food and wine with distinction.
His Consultancies include Pamonas and United Chip.
He has just finished filming a BBC show due to air in Autumn 2018.
