Pennard Orchard is a Boutique Campsite on the edge of the Glastonbury Festival on the Pennard Estate. We accommodate up to 300 guests in total luxury for the duration of the festival. I am head chef for the Restaurant, in charge of the complimentary brunch, the all day offering and the private parties we offer to our guest.
As with all my large event work I project manage all operations including; order, build of the kitchen, all equipment and food. Recruitment of all kitchen staff and budget management.
